    Trade Performance Folder

    I am installing NT on a new computer.

    I have data corruption with an object reference error on the current computer I am using. I was told I needed a fresh install but using the NT exported backup data creates the same error.

    I only need the trade performance data to be moved to the new computer.

    Is it possible to just move the trade performance folder into the new install? If so which folder or folders do I need to move?

    Thanks for posting.

    Trade Performance pulls historical trade data from the NinjaTrader.sdf file. This file may be found in Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db.

    The error is likely being caused by some custom NinjaScript files you have installed. If you'd like us to investigate this, please send your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      I sent the email

      Since then I was able to install the backup file in the new computer by just importing the configuration files and database(Historical Trade Data) with no errors.

      How do I transfer the license to the new computer?

      I also cannot find my password for NT continuum. I do have my username.

        Your license key may be entered under Help > License key in the Control Center.
