    TWS API Captrader

    Hello,


    I hve opened an account at Captrader, but my Ninjatrader 8 doesn't display the amount of money. The Captrader support answered to my question:


    Guten Tag,

    da es sich um eine Anzeigenthematik im NinjaTrader handelt bitte ich Sie sich direkt an dessen Support zu wenden. Bei Schwierigkeiten in der TWS, dem WebTrader oder in den mobilen Applikationen (IBKR Mobile) können Sie sich aber gerne zu jeder Zeit an uns wenden.
    Ich wünsche Ihnen nun einen schönen sowie erfolgreichen Tag und für weitere Fragen stehe ich gerne telefonisch zur Verfügung.

    Hello Harvard,

    The account balance should update after placing a live trade. (The information that comes back with the order info also has account information and causes that to update)

    Please let me know if you do not see the balance update after placing at least one live trade.

      I placed an order and the API worked. The order was filled. It is weird that the Ninjatrader shows a deficit of 5$ but the Captrader account shows a deficit of 5 EUR. And the Ninjatrader still doesn't show the amount of money.

          Hi Chealsea B.,


          I can't email to . My Ninjatrader 8 crashes every time I try. I have the version 8.0.14.2 64-bit.

            Open your email as if you were checking to see if you have received an email, start a new email (click compose), make the To: address platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. In the body of the email add a link to this forum page.
