    Whatever the cause, updating to the latest version appears to have fixed the issue. Thanks!

    Hello RobotSyndicate,

    Before continuing, please update to 8.0.20.1, and then try setting up the share service once more.

    Updates to NinjaTrader will contain the latest security updates and bug fixes, as well as new instruments and rollover dates.

    To update NinjaTrader
    • Shutdown all programs including NinjaTrader *important
    • Download NinjaTrader from the public link below
      Click here to download NinjaTrader
    • Double click the downloaded file to execute it
    • Follow the on screen instructions
    • Restart NinjaTrader

    After setting up the share service again and sending a test email, check the Log tab of the Control Center for any error messages. Also check the email account used for any messages about unauthorized emails from the email provider.

    If you aren't seeing any errors, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, and so I may schedule a call with you to assist.

    Hello,

    I am running NT 8.0.19.0 and until yesterday all email functions were working perfectly, from triggered chart alerts, system alerts, and from my strategy. Now all of a sudden emails will only be sent from triggered chart alerts. System alerts, test emails, and strategy emails do not send, although the log is stating that the test email is being sent. I have tried restarting NT and the computer, reloading the strategy, recompiling, and closing the chart and creating a new chart. Any ideas? Again, triggered chart alert emails DO work, so my share service settings are still ok.
