Suddenly started to get error on TD Ameritrade COnnection

    Suddenly started to get error on TD Ameritrade COnnection

    Error Message from TD Ameritrade Source is not Whitelisted
    Suddenly started to get this when Ninja Trader is started.
    I am however able to login to TD Ameritrade from the Browser.

    Any Suggestions on how to solve this. ?

    Thank you for your post.

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
    If you're on a version of NinjaTrader earlier than 8.0.20.1 please note that recent changes in TD Ameritrade connection API requires you to update to the latest version.

    To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

    Once updated, the following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to TD Ameritrade and specific connection configuration information.

      I did as you had mentioned . However it didn't upgrade instead I see the attached error.

        Hello vivekniwas,

        Thank you for that update.

        This generally means that NinjaTrader is still running and you're unable to update while a process from the program is running or that you have an antivirus or anti malware program that is blocking the updater from running.

        Please try restarting your computer completely then running the latest installer again.

        Please let me know if you're able to upgrade successfully.
