Issues with Unirenko charts

Sometimes when I load a Unirenko type chart I get a weird issue where at some random point the low of a bar hits 0.0 and then all the other bars after that big bar are all zero. See the attached screen shots of the various views of the same chart.

I have also attached a shot of the data series settings, but I don't think they are the issue. However, I have noted that if I change the settings, it seems to correct the problem, but putting it back makes the problem come back. Note that I have used the settings for a day straight with no issues.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2427707" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
