    I open the application and after 3 seconds it close.

    I've had your log and trace files removed from your post, as these files can contain sensitive information. In the future, please send these files to us directly through email attachment or by going to Help > Email Support.

    Please clarify- does the NinjaTrader Control Center ever appear on screen before that platform closes, or does it never come up?

    I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
    Does the problem reoccur after updating the platform and restarting your PC?

      OK, I can't go in the NinjaTrader, because the Control Center open and close to fast to do that. But I got my License Key from the mail of my purchase, and do what you ask, but I got exactly the same thing.

        Ok Now it work, but I can't do my connections correctly, because Continuum connector is not available. Click image for larger version

          I forgot to add, my broker is GFF, it's why i want to use the Continuum connector.

            This is due to the license key you have entered under Help > License key. To have your live license updated to use Continuum, please contact PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com. In the meantime, the following simulated license key may be used to connect to data and make simulated trades:

            @SIM-A82F-D583-40B1-AE74-B79F-705D-1952
