    data issue

    Hello,

    when I connect to live data I see charts empty with "loading"... it doesnt stop. Same when I have imported historical data and connect to reply.
    Shut down NT with taskmanager and restarted. Same issue.
    Then I have done resetting DB, took a long time, about 15 min. Then restarted NT.
    Connecting to live datafeed. There is again charts empty with "loading..."
    Because its Saturday I have in dataseries 24/7.

    What should I do please so that NT NT version is 8.0.21.0 64-bit is working again?

    Repair DB?
    Another try with reset?
    Deleging workspace or dbase?

    We often see this behavior when opening workspaces that have a large amount of indicators loading large amounts of data especially after periods of high market volatility.
    Hello All, I am using NT8 8.0.17.2. My workspace has been essentially static for more then six months, meaning no new indicators or growth in windows open or


    Close all open workspaces. This will automatically create a new blank workspace.

    Open a new chart with 5 Days to load and with no template applied and do not load any indicators.

    Does this chart load?

        Hello Tony,

        This likely indicates something in the original workspace is demanding a large amount of resources.

        I recommend rebuilding a new workspace one indicator at a time. Each time a change is made close and re-open the workspace.

        Take note of each indicator added. When the behavior returns the last added indicator may be contributing to the behavior.

        Use the NinjaScript Utilization Monitor described in the forum post I've linked to see which scripts are demanding the most CPU time.
