Cannot download from Ecosystem

Am i the only one that cannot download from Ninjatrader Ecosystem? I've downloaded in the past but as of a day or so ago clicking the download button on a indicator page just gives a spinning wheel of death. I've tried 4 different browsers, 2 different computers. cleared cache still nothing. Is it just me?

I am not experiencing any issues downloading add-ons from the user app share on my end. Please try and right click on the download button and select Open in New Tab or Open in New Window. Then in the new tab or window, left-click the download button to download.

Hi, As many of you, I cannot download any indicator from the ecosystem. I unactived firewall and popup emergent, but it continues the same. I cannot download anything from there. Please do you know what the problem is? Please can you send me a link for timezonecolors for NT8? thanks.

If you find that you are unable to download files from the User App Share. Please clear your browser cache and try again. You could also try using a different browser.

I have included a link the Clear Browser Cache Help Guide, which includes steps to clear the cache for the Internet Explorer browser, Chrom and Firefox.

Having tried with all three browsers mentioned in the Clear Cache page after clearing said caches, I'm finding that the same thing is continuing to happen. Has anyone else found a fox for this?

Perhaps a mirror website with a different location would be good. Because this is clearly a huge problem, with hundreds of posts a day. And somehow the staff never has an issue. Either way - you always respond as if this is just shocking that it doesn't work - when its well known and posted on reviews for ninjatrader warning that the free indicator website seldom works. Love NT - lifetime purchase - but this is a huge issue that is never acknowledged.

I am unable to download as well tried Edge, Chrome and FF, I could at first then stopped on desk top now the lap top, Chrome was issue first, then FF now on both, It will not load the accept popup. I Okayed the site in popups but no luck...cleared history and such.
Could I get help with getting this one please.
