Anybody trading a Live Forex Micro Account?

I just opened a micro account with Forex.com. I am having some issue when it comes to margin and tick/pip size. My question is can someone that is trading a live forex micro account post a picture of their DOM while in a trade so that I can see for my own eyes what your tick size is and how much margin this single lot cost you to put on.

Yesterday I went back and forth from Forex.com to Ninja Brokerage support to ninja platform support and nobody could figure this out.

When I place a trade in my live account it cost me $23 for 1,000 units at $.01 a tick/pip.

This is not correct. It should be (1 lot) 10,000 units at $0.10 a tick/pip.

Looking at my DOM you can see 26'4 - 26'5 - 26'6 and so on at (1,000 unit) $.01 per tick.

    This trade cost $23.

I should get 10,000 units (1 Lot) for $23 margin just like it does in my MT4 platform.

Someone please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

It looks like you didn't place an order for 10,000 quantity because we can see that your current position is for 1000 not 10,000.

I do see that your quantity fields have 10,000 selected. Please clarify - are you certain that you're submitting the order when the quantity field states "10,000" and not "1,000"?

I am unable to place a 10,000 unit trade because I will need $230 in the account to place this trade. Look how much margin they are charging me for 1,000 units...$23.00 x 10 = $230

I can place a 5,000 unit trade that will run me $115 and will be $.05 a tick/pip

My MT4 platform (same Broker) charges $23 to place a 10,000 unit (1 lot) trade.

I think it is something to do with the 1/10th increments...maybe

The NinjaTrader platform does not control this. Please contact Forex.com directly with this question.

So I contacted Forex.com and they confirmed that everything is correct on their end.

I just received this email from ninja tech support

          Hello William,

          Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

Within NinjaTrader 8 the default is the tenth pip. Unfortunately, there is no way to change to full pip.

I think this is the problem...

This takes me to my next question.

Is anybody trading a Live Forex account on this platform?

If so, may I please see...

          a) Your margin size per 1,000 units or 10,000..either or

          b) Your DOM with tick/pip values in the center and the P&L on the right side column.

thanks to anybody that can shed some light on this.
