I have already reset instrument list, updated ninjatrader, and tried restarting it.

No data after connecting to continuum

No data after connecting to continuum
I haven't used ninjatrader in a while so something may have changed, but when I connect to continuum it shows my account value and everything, but when I load a chart it shows either an empty chart, or a static chart like no data is coming it. Any help would be appreciated.
I have already reset instrument list, updated ninjatrader, and tried restarting it.Tags: None

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and a'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
