Chart Trader not active on some exchanges

In both Sim and real trading, I can see Chart Trader on all charts. On CME (ES, 6E), when I right-click on a chart, I see "Sell Limit 1", "Buy Limit 1", etc as I expect. On NYMEX (NG) and COMEX (GC), I see Chart Trader but when I right click I do not see buy or sell in the pop-up. However, if I set an ATM strategy in Chart Trader and press "Sell Ask", Chart Trader creates the proper target and stop orders. The active order then shows entry, target, or stop lines on the chart as well as the current PnL number, number of active contracts, and entry price.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to use Chart Trader with a right-click on NYMEX and COMEX.

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2467294 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for your reply. Somehow this healed itself. Before I posted my request, I did download latest NinjaTrader and did reboot but that didn't work at that time. Go figure.
