Latest problem - price not moving now!!

OK, new problem.



On my second monitor, the price is moving around on my daily and 5 min chart as per normal.


But since yesterday, if I change ticker symbol on my first monitor, it shows the last price, then freezes. On any ticker.

Can you please clarify if this behavior occurs on a new chart with no templates? Does it only happen on this one chart? If you move the working chart to this monitor > change the symbol does this occur?

new chart, old chart, either monitor....


I think the monitors are irrelevant.


this is also connected to the other issue I raised that there is no ask, bid or last price for some tickers on my market analyzer....

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

I think this problem is due to having over 100 "lines of data/tickers"


Any any more just shows a freeze frame of that chart.


Since removing a number of tickers, going under 100, the information is there and the charts/data acts properly.
