Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hello,

I was using NT8 with a live Continuum connection, then disconnected and tried to switch to Playback mode.

I got an error message that said:

Unhandled exception: 'Initialization of 'System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage' threw an exception.' Line number 1 and line position 296

By the time I was able to take a screenshot of it and tried to close it, I saw that I had 250 such error message boxes.

I had to use Control > Alt > Delete to exit NT8.

This is probably a one-time thing.

But if there is anything I need to know or do about this, please let me know.
