Interactive brokers connection

Hi!
I have an IB connection through the IB gateway. Market data for a new instrument, Mini VIX, has recently appeared. When I try to send a buy order through Ninja Trader, I get an error (see screenshot). At the same time, the order is accepted through TWS and placed on the exchange.

Please help fix this situation so that I send orders through Ninja Trader.

...And I can see this order in the Ninja Trader order list and can cancel it through the Ninja Trader. However, I do not see the order on the Chart Trader.

I'm not getting my trades executing/showing up in TWS Summary and Trade Log Tabs, only in NT8:

How do I get the trades to execute/show up in TWS?

Hi Tyler,

I'm sending it as requested but for some reason I see a spinning wheel. It hasn't sent yet after several minutes.
Do you know what to do to make it send?

EDIT:

I've deleted all log and trace files prior to today and now it's successfully sent.
