    Ninjatrader not loading

    Hi, about a week ago I had to format my computer completely, so I re install the Ninja Trader, worked fine for a couple of days and then when I tried to load it the logo appeared and says verifying license and then it closes.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work, until I uninstalled it with a microsoft program.

    Downloaded agaib and a new installation worked fine for other 3 days and today when I tried to load it the same as before happens.

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2477167 Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

        Hello! I already send the log and traces. The only thing is I send it through the platformsupport email because I didn’t find the route as you send it through the control center.
