    No credentials sent over for first demo account

    Hello,

    I have submitted the form to set up my first demo account with NT. The email states: "A username and password will be sent to this email address shortly by Continuum/CQG". I has been nearly a day now and I have not received the credentials (have checked junk).

      Is there someone we can submit this problem to?

        Hello xmanjames,

        Thank you for your interest in NinjaTrader.

        The CME limits the number of demos that can be active at one time. If you have a different email address, then you may be able to request a new demo account this morning:Let me know if I may be of further assistance.

                  Thanks for your replies.

                  Specifically, it appears the reset should occur at 8:00 AM EST each day. Please try at that time to request a demo in the event they have been previously exhausted the day prior.

                  Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.

                      Hi, thanks, But still not working at 8Am EST.. And yes new email.. credentials Not in spam either. Maybe another issue? Let us know.

                              Thanks. i get Ninja trader brokerage Email but Not from CQG.. Maybe find out why?
