Export strategy error

Hi
I'm trying to export my strategy but I have this error:

Error compiling export assembly: c:\Users\Fra\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Indicators\@PriceOscillator.cs(36,11) : error CS0433: Il tipo 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Indicators.EMA' esiste sia in 'c:\Users\Fra\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\NinjaTrader.Vendor.dll' che in 'c:\Users\Fra\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Filename.dll'

This strategy has inside Price oscillator and Aulin reg.
How can I resolve?

Do you get this error when deliberately adding EMA to your export?

Are any of these indicators included in Filename.dll?

What is included with Filename.dll?

You could consider removing the Filename.dll assembly under Control Center > Tools > Remove NinjaScript Assembly, and export again, but I would like to better understand the context of your issue.

I ve removed filename.dll but my personal strategy are no more usable, however... I can use the builder to make my strategy again and then I?ll try to export

Hallo Jim,
filename.dll is a file than has been created when I imported a strategy from third part.
In the strategy I'd export there are: Aulinreg, price oscillator, momentum and swing. I'm not deliberately adding EMA to my export.
I made a clean ninja8 istallation and filename.dll is not in my directory, but there aren't AulinReg too. I need AulinReg for my new strategy.
Can you help me?

What is AulinReg?

Where did it come from?
I mean, do you have full source code to AulinReg?
Or, is AulinReg a third-party product provided by filename.dll?

Hello Fiocco,

On the latest version of NinjaTrader, if I create an indicator that uses an EMA, export it as a DLL, delete the script and import that DLL, then use that indicator in a strategy, I am able to export the strategy without hitting this issue. The strategy will automatically add a reference for this DLL when exporting.

When you export the strategy, you could try adding a reference for Filename.dll in case there was an issue with the reference being added. See attached screenshot for adding a reference with an Export after clicking Add.

If that doesn't resolve the matter, we will need to learn more about what is in the DLL where you can't export using one of the included indicators. Please advise the developer of the issue and have them contact me. You can have them contact me at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with the text "Attn Jim 2480797" and a link to this thread. I will need the source code for the DLL to test on my end and investigate further.
