Live Quotes from CQG account not moving on NT8

THe live quotes from my CQG account are not moving in NT8 platform whereas if I open a demo CQG account the quotes work.
But I am connect to CQG account in NT8 and when I restart NT8, the last quote does show but then streamign is not...


CQG said to talk to NT8 support, who can I talk to

Are you a NinjaTrader Brokerage client? If not, who is your broker?

CQG accont is enabled for live data as I can login to cqg's online site using same credentials and I see quotes streamign and I can trade in that account
