Market Analyzer Alerts saved in template

Are alerts that I configure in a Market Analyzer window supposed to be saved as part of a analyzer template? Applying one of my templates to a new analyzer window doesn't restore the alerts. If the alerts aren't saved with the template, how do I apply alerts to a new analyzer window?

Alerts cannot be saved as a template themselves or as a template of any particular window at this time. You would need to create the alerts manually.

Alternatively,You could also duplicate the Market Analyzer window and the alerts would be retained. Make sure to re-enable the alerts after duplicating a window,

ok, but where does NT save the alerts today? In the workspace xml file? It has to save them in xml somewhere in order to restore them when NT starts.

Correct, the alerts are saved as part of the window which is part of the workspace.

No change has been made to this behavior. Keep an eye on the release notes to know when there is a new version available and what changes are included in that new version.

There are typically no updates on feature requests until they are implemented into the platform. Keep an eye on the release notes to see if/when a feature has been implemented.
