NT8 Alerts

Good evening,

I have set a simple chart alert where price needs to close above a horizontal line.

However, the alert does not show in the alert log.

Would like some advice on this, please.

Thank you for your note.

Please advise if you see any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center and if errors are present please detail what they state.

In addition, can you provide a screenshot of the Alerts window with the condition and action in view and attach the screenshot to your response?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Thank you for your response.

The Alert is configured correctly but the 'Rearm type' is set to 'Never'. Please try setting the 'Rearm type' to 'On timer' and the 'Rearm seconds' to 1.

Please let me know if the Alert is then working.
