Alerts triggered before bar is finished

Hello,

I'm working with Alerts but they are triggered before the bar is finished. I want to buy when the close of bar is greater than an indicator but the alert is triggered when the price touch the indicator without to wait that the bar is concluded.

Hello Eric,

It doesn't work with any indicator. I have tested with my own indicators and with a simple moving average. I have worked with a 30 seconds chart and I have inserted a simple alert that enter long when the close is greater than the simple moving average. And I have checked that the buy-order has been triggered before than the bar of 30 seconds has finished.

What steps are used to set the alert?

The indicator has the "Calculate on bar close" value.

And about the alert, I have selected the same option with the close-price.

Please provide the screenshots that Eric requested so we can see all of your alert properties for General and Conditions when using the SMA. Here is an example of what I need:
