Cannot chart SGX instruments

Hi
I am new to NinjaTrader. I am using 8.0.21.1 together with my IB account.
I have been able to add non-US instruments onto the intruments list e.g. HSI futures (HKex) and CN futures (SGX).
Whereas I ws able to chart HSI futures without issue, I was not able to chart any SGX futures contract. I have data subscription for SGX derivatives.
The error given is as shown in the attached jpg file.

I am specifically interested to chart Singpore Index Futures and ChinaA50 Futures on SGX.
I appreciate any assistance on this. Thanks.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2506918" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for your files.
The CN instrument is in the default instrument list that comes with NinjaTrader 8.0.21.1. Please attempt to the CN 04-20 instrument; if you are still unable to chart that instrument, please remove the other custom instrument that you added and attempt again.

Please see the directions below for how to open the CN instrument in NinjaTrader 8.

• From the Control Center>> New >> Chart.
• In the instrument drop down enter CN 04-20
• In the Data series window, Under the category Data Series. Change Type to minute and Value to 5.
• In the Data series window, change the day to load to 5.
• Click Ok.

Thank you for your attention. I have tried to open the CN instrument as you have suggested. The chart comes out blank as shown in the attached jpeg with the same error messages. I have also removed all custom instruments I added previously. The results were the same. I will send you the log and trace zip files again. Thanks in advance for further investigating into this. I was also wondering if this were solved that I might also chart the Singapore Index futures.
