NinjaTrader with FXCM not reporting equity correctly

Hi

I am using NT8 to connect to a live FXCM CFD account

The program seems to be incorrectly reporting both Realized PnL and Unrealized PnL in the Accounts tab

While in a trade the Unrealized PnL in the Accounts tab is different to that shown in the Chart Trader window

Once closed, the Realized PnL in the Accounts tab is different to that shown in a Trade Performance Report

Is there something I'm missing please?

Thank you for your note.

The account values that are displayed depend upon your connectivity provider. Some connectivity providers transmit partial account data, while others do not transmit anything.

In your case with FXCM, Unrealized PnL and Total PnL are not account values transmitted by your broker.

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply and link
The link suggests that Realized PnL is supported by FXCM, but it is not working in my case. Or worse, is working, but incorrect
I have some screenshots that would help me illustrate, could we discuss these further on email please?

Please send us your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
