Attempting to connect to my usual Continuum connection (which was working fine a couple of months ago) and getting the following error message:
"Continuum: Unable to Connect to Remote Server (Logon Failed)"
Log file shows same error with no other lines or information.
In an attempt to resolve the issue I have completed the following actions:
- Updated to the latest version of NT8 64bit
- Shut down Kaspersky Total Security
- Deleted and recreated my Continuum Connection with a fresh re-paste of the Username and Password.
- Checked there are no delinquent spaces before or after the UID or password
Nothing seems to have helped.
Other info:
- Win10 (up to date)
- NT8 64bit (latest)
- Internet is up, 100MBit connection, no blocks as far as I can see.
- I can connect to Kinetick End of Day connection successfully.
Broker: Dorman (Account page seems to indicate I'm still active, although there's nothing specific to say so)
Connection: Continuum (Was an old Connection through Mirus)
It has literally been working fine for 4-5 years. Today is the first issue I've had with it.
