Charts not showing negative prices correctly

WTI oil futures prices have gone negative, but the chart won't correctly display prices below zero. The April contract settled at -$37. Ref: https://time.com/5824353/oil-stock-may-negative/

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
    • Could you provide a screenshot of what your NinjaTrader chart is displaying?

Same here using oil futures symbol CL latest month.
      8.0.20.1 64-bit
      Using Continuum feed.
      No error messages.
Price of oil trended down to 0 then shot up to $45 as real prices were going to -$35 or -$45.

      The second photo shows reality.

Our historical data servers were not equipped to properly record negative data. This is resulting in the symptoms you're reporting. The Development Team is working on a resolution to fix the historical data that has already been recorded as well as a fix moving forward in case this occurs again. The internal tracking number for this is 14415.

CL 05-20 settles with morning. I highly suggest rolling over sooner than later:
        • Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
        • Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
        • Close this window when this process completes.
You can learn more about the different ways to rollover by visiting the link below:To view contract rollover, expiry dates, and other trading events click the link below. Finally, mmaker , I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
        • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
        • Select 'Download'
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
