Playback connection box not coming up

    Playback connection box not coming up

    The box for the playback connection where you select the start and end date of the data that you want data from no longer pops up for me when i connect. I've made sure that it is not on another tab, i have tried to open a new work space and reconnect, and also i have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. I need help!

    Thank you for your post.

    The Playback Controller may be sitting on another screen that is not currently plugged in. Please try shutting down NinjaTrader 8 down and then from your Windows Documents folder head to NinjaTrader 8> workspaces> delete the _Workspaces.xml file and restart NinjaTrader. This should reset the location of windows to the primary monitor.
