question on the new order flow tools - trader detector

as per image below, I'm not understanding why using the settings shown, trade detector highlights only one of the two imbalances

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)


Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What time frames are these data points seen? Also, what time zone is your PC set to?

time frames are these data points seen? I don't understand the question? It's a tick chart and the time is printed on the bottom of the chart. My time zone and PC time setting is AEST (Melbourne Australia)

My apologies for the oversight. It would be unexpected for the indiaor not to show if the minimum volume is met. To test, please set the "Base marker size" to Session and test for issue.

If you still see the same, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.




Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
*
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
*
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
*
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
