NT8 to TDA connection issues
Hi I have try to log in TD Ameritrade. I have created connection , but I see yellow button on corner My TD Ameritrade connection - but nothing happens . It doest want to connect at all . Any hints what I do wrong . Thanks

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Hi there,
Are you on Windows 7 by any chance? I recently wrote in with the same question. It recently seemed to stop working on Windows 7, for whatever reason. It is making some sort of connection - as when I disconnected last it prompted me about the account having an open position - but can't connect properly to load chart data or execute trades. I don't know if that's the case for you that you're on Win7, but the only solution I found thus far was to move to Windows 10 (which is working fine).
