    Problem loading previous day chart with one instrument only.

    Hi,

    I have no issues until now loading USDINR chart from IBKR, from today only current day data is being loaded. Rest of the instruments are fine with previous days chart.

    Can someone please help with this issue.

    If I change the end date to yesterday i.e. Apr 27, can load previous days charts.
    Version I am using is 8.0.21.0 64bit

      So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
      • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
      • What version of TWS/Gateway are you using?
      • What is your PC's time zone?
      • What is NinjaTrader's time zone?
      • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

        Ninja version is 8.0.21.0 64-bit.

        No errors on screen or in the log.

          This is the Error/Warning I found in the Ninja log files

          Received unknown error/warning: Sec-def data farm connection is OK:secdefhk

            If you change NinjaTrader's time zone to UTC-5 Eastern Time, are you able to recreate this symptom?

              Tried that as suggested, same issue with that one instrument. No change in the situation.

                6I is not a built in future. I'd like to test using your database so that I have your exact symbol settings. Please send me your database, log, and trace files so that I may look into the symptom you're reporting:
                • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
                • Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Database file'.
                • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2528301 ATTN PatrickG
