Error Code 105 - Download Data from eSignal wth NT8.0.15.1

    Error Code 105 - Download Data from eSignal wth NT8.0.15.1

    Error Code 105 when download data from eSignal 12 wth NT8.0.15.1, please refer to screen shot

    Tested with different instrument ^SP500, ES 09-18, USDJPY, same error message.

    Tried uninstall NT8, delete "C:\Users\XXX\Documents\NinjaTrader 8" folder, restart PC and reinstall NT8, same error.

    The PC is running Windows 10 1709 - 64bit, has both NT 7.0.1000.34 & NT8.0.15.1 installed. No problem download data from eSignal with NT7.

    Thank you for your post.

    Glad to assist. This error indicates an issue with the account connection within NinjaTrader. Please disconnect via Connections. Next, select Connections > Configure > Select your eSignal connection in the lower left and renter your login details for eSignanal again to the right.

    Please also download the supported eSignal version, 12.7.4.5.40, if not in use.

      Thank you for reply.

      Tried out what you have suggested, but error persist.

      Doubt the issue lies in the user name and password as NT8 log shows that connection is fine and NT7 running on the same PC has no issue connecting and download data from the same eSignal account at the same time.

      Any other suggestion?

        Sorry to hear that didn’t resolve the error. Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
