Thank you for your post.

I am having no difficulty downloading files from the User App Share at ninjatraderecosystem.com. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:

What version of Windows are you using?
What web browser are you using?
Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
What about if you use a different web browser?
What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

I have had issues with the website forever and never been able to download anything off it. I just tried two other computers in the house and the same happens.

What version of Windows are you using?
- Windows 10
What web browser are you using?
- Tred in Chrome and IE
Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
- I have and still don't work.
What about if you use a different web browser?
- I tried IE as well and no go
What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
- I had restarted a router and even tried under a different network and still no go.

I am trying to download these two indicators, is there a way to get just the direct .zip file

I reported this as an issue as well a few weeks ago. Every computer I tried it would not work. The issue was around the pop up for acknowledgement before download including some janky javascript that throws an error. Fortunately, I was able to modify the page in inspector to avoid the acknowledgement and get the direct resource reference.
