    I cannot uninstall NT8

    Cuando trato de instalar una nueva versión o desinstalación NT8 aparece una ventana con el mensaje de que la función está en un recurso de red no disponible.
    He intentado todo lo posible para desinstalarlo (incluso eliminar carpetas) pero es imposible.
    NT8 He instalado no funciona correctamente y quiero volver a instalarlo,
    por favor, ayúdame desinstalación NT8

    It appears that installer was in the directory for Dropbox which is no longer available and that is causing the issue here.

    Could you please try navigating to our website to install the latest update and then try uninstalling the platform after? You can download the latest update at the following link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect

      I have carried out the steps indicated but the same error persists
      I download the latest version from the link provided and put the file install on the desktop of my PC (not in dropbox)
      during installation the same error message appears.


      The truth is that when I installed the NT8 (a long time ago) that now causes me errors if I did it from the dropbox folder...
