Orders closed on Ask/Bid?

Is there an indicator or chart data series that specifically shows whether orders are filled on the ask or the bid?

The Time and Sales window splits fills into ask/bid, but this is just a ticker - not a chart. Is this what you're looking for but on a chart?

I want to see where all orders are filled on a given instrument, along with tracking whether the Ask/Bid is moving up or down.

The Order Flow+ Volumetric bar type and Volume Profile indicator sound like they would provide what you're looking for. These tools are available to lifetime license key holders using the latest version of NinjaTrader 8. Here is a video which gives an overview of these tools:
