Hi Patrick

I have been conversing with Ryan about a window freezing problem. He had offered to do a phone in, but I thought I had solved the problem until it came back.

Then I had the error message, so send it to Ryan and thought he may be off at the moment, and to see if the problem is related I thought I'd post here because it didn't mean I thing to me ?

Not sure if you want to pick this up if Ryan isnt around?

The best thing to do would be to reply to Ryan's last email since that is an ongoing conversation in a ticket with more context
