    Con ticks no carga pero con velas si

    ¿Por que no se carga el mes de abril con el gráfico de ticks, pero si con un gráfico de velas? (todos los contratos están actualizados)

        Thanks for your reply.

        Please could try loading more days in your chart by increasing the number of days to load. You can do this by right-clicking on your chart > Data series > Increase the number of 'Days to load' > Click OK.

        Please let us know if you continue to see the same behavior.

          Charge up to 3000 days and the problem persists.
          What else can I do?

            Thanks for your reply.

            Please ensure you are using the Merge Back Adjusted, Merge Policy in NinjaTrader 8. This will merge the historical data from previous front months into the current front month so it functions as de facto continuous contract with NinjaTrader Continuum data. You can find this option in the Control Center under Tools > Options > Market data > Ensure Merge Back Adjusted is selected for the Merge Policy. Then right-click in your chart and select reload all historical data.

            If you are already using the Merge Back Adjusted, Merge Policy. Please delete the cache and historical data in the platform, and then try again to load your charts:
            • Close NinjaTrader
            • Documents
            • NinjaTrader 8
            • Open the db folder
            • Delete the contents of the cache, day, minute and tick folders
            • Restart NinjaTrader
            This initial load may take a little longer than normal since all new data is being loaded from the historical data servers.
