Unwanted alerts

I have an alert firing for which I have no visible alert or set indicator. Is there a way to view all alerts outside the alert screen?

Open an Alerts log window by going to the Control Center > New > Alerts log. Then when a line appears in the Alerts log, right-click on that line item and select 'Go to Alert'. This will cause the window the alert resides on to move to the front of your screen and flash briefly.

The alerts log stays blank and nothing records or even remotely blinks.

Has an alert triggered since you opened the alerts log?

How many workspaces are open? If you close all but one, does the issue persist?

Are you using any custom add-ons? If you check these custom add-ons, do you find any alerts you can enable/disable?

Great - found it. I only have one work-space enabled but over multiple monitors. Evidently considered as more than one, as I enabled the properties to show "from all work-spaces" and it showed up. Thanks for you response and celerity!

I had this issue and so to clarify, in the "Alerts Log" window, right click and go to properties then check "Receive alerts from all active work spaces"
