Strategies were disabled

Good afternoon team
I have two ninja trader connections from different brokers, on one of which several strategies were running. In the second connection, a disconnection of the supply of market data occurred and all strategies were disabled, while the primary connection was running properly.

Please help create a setup to prevent this from happening. The basic connection was fine. Thank you.

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually email me your log and trace files so that I may take a look at your system.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments as an email to [email protected]. Please inlcude ATTNennis in the body of the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
