I signed up for a trial account with Interactive Brokers. I created a new connection for Interactive brokers following the steps in the recommend article. I cannot connect. Can you assist?
NinjaTrader is able to launch TWS and successfully login, but the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of NinjaTrader remains yellow for a minute or so, then the following error message appears:
Here is my Interactive Brokers connection information in NinjaTrader:
The Auto login path correctly points to the installed version of tws.exe.
Here is the API settings information in TWS:
NinjaTrader version: 8.0.21.1 64-bit
Trader Workstation version: 973.2
I have tried setting the Port TWS value equal to the Socket Port value, but that resulted in an immediate error.
