Hey guys I just got a full time license. When I load my volumetric bar charts not all the data loads (i.e. I'm missing bars for a few hours of trading), but the data loads on a normal minute candlestick chart. What am I doing wrong and how can I get it all to load? You can see the difference in a 5 minute chart of ES in the picture. On the volumetric I'm showing no data from 19:55 to 23:00 but it shows up on the candlestick chart. Thanks!

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2574678" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
