    Needed Help for multiple connection

    Hi,

    I've subscribed to CME live data feed ($7) for ES, NQ, 6E, RTY.
    and i've subscribed to Kinetick for NYSE Level I ($6).
    the problem is when i connected Ninjatrader Continuum and Kinetick together my ^ADD and ^TICK lack of update.
    don't know why?

    By default NinjaTrader will attempt to get real-time and historical data from the first connected data provider for the instrument type for which you are attempting to receive data.

    I suspect that you're connecting to NinjaTrader Continuum first and Kinetick second. This means that all real-time and historical data is being pulled from NinjaTrader Continuum, and Kinetick is being effectively ignored.

    You'll need to configure your preferred connections within the Control Center > Tools > Options > Market Data to define Kinetick as your preferred provider for index data.
