attempting to automatically execute trade in market analyzer

I am trying to setup market analyzer to execute buys and sells when a certain value gets exceeded in the software I am using. I have setup alerts to do this and neither the alerts or trades are getting executed. Are there any videos that will walk me through setting this up? I have several different tick charts and several different minute charts running at the same time. But have specified in the market analyzer to use a 500 tick bar chart to execute the trades on.

To help you more specifically, I'll need to know more information about your current alerts and what you're trying to accomplish.

Can you send me screenshots of the following:

• The window which the alerts are applied to
• The alert's general screen
• The alert's condition screen (a screenshot for each condition)

Finally, go into detail about the conditions that must be true for an action to occur. For example "When the SMA crosses above the last traded price..."
