Using Micro Lot sizes with Oanda

Multiples of 1000 (micro lot) are accepted as valid quantities for forex trading. You'll want to confirm with your forex broker regarding the quantities you're allowed to trade.

Thank you. Am I correct to say that using 1000 would show a P/L of $10000 per pip?
If so, is that the minimum allowed with a live account even if Oanda will let you do smaller increments?

The platform does not limit the quantities you're able to trade, however, your broker may limit this. You need to speak to a broker.
