How to delete a error entry from strategy?

    I got a error message ....

"order has been ignored, since the order was submitted, before the strategy...."

The order is still visible in the chart (orange) and can not be deleted through pushing the X, is there any possibility?

The order itself has no more relevance, so it can be cleaned, but how?

    Thank you!

    Hello pmmkm,

    Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

    * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I look forward to your reply.

I am including the message I sent to you via email here so that others who may be experiencing similar issues will have the information:

The message you pulled from your log is unrelated to the 'stuck' orders in your screenshot. The message is a warning that your conditions triggered a submission before 'BarsRequiredToTrade' were met. This did not cause the stuck orders.

Your automated strategy was disabled. This sends out cancel requests to any order submitted by the strategy. The two orders got stuck in this 'cancel submitted' state.

We advise that you reset the Simulation account to resolve this item. Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.
      • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
      • Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
      • Press the "Reset" button
