deleting trade history

Hi,

I'm having a trouble deleting trade history.

On control panel, I right click on sim101 and set initial cash to 10k and click reset.
Then, it asks resetting this account cannot be undone. Are you sure you want to continue?
I see option for Clear history.

If I continue without clicking Clear history option, it will immediately reset demo account balance.
But if I check Clear history, platform gets frozen and stops running... I left it for a few minutes (in case it would take some time to delete history files)...
but still not responding...

Is there a way I can manually delete from NinjaTrader8 folder?

Thank you for posting.

We advise that you rename your database to resolve this item using the following steps :

• Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 8--> db--> "NinjaTrader.sdf" file (may only say 'NinjaTrader' depending on your Windows File Explorer settings)
• Right click on NinjaTrader.sdf and select "Rename" *Name it "OLDNinjaTrader.sdf"
• Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use
• Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost - Trading Hours templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results
