I have live account in FXCM and can login successfully using TradingStation, but cannot do this in Ninjatrader every time i login i got demo account balance, i reinstalled Ninjatrader and the issue remains

Thanks for writing in.
The availability of your live account data in the NinjaTrader platform depends on the connection settings and your license key in use. If a Simulation license key or a demo connection is configured, the live account data will not be available.
You can check if you currently have a simulation license key by going to the NinjaTrader Control Center > Help > License key. SIM license keys will begin with '@SIM'.
If you do not have a SIM license key entered and are still unavailable to view your data, please respond to our support email with the following details so we may investigate this matter further.
Sent the following to platform support [at] Ninja Trader .com and include the link to this thread so we may know what your inquiry is in reference to.
Your current license key (help > license key).
The version of NinjaTrader you are using (help > about).
Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for fast response,, I have a simulated licence key,,, that means I can not trade live using ninjatrader till I buy it

Thank you for your update.
You are correct that the live account features are limited while using a Simulated license key. This includes the ability to see live account details, as this data is not received unless a live key is applied.
If you wish to apply a live license key or already have one you need a copy of, please contact our team at Sales support [at] ninja trader dot com.
