Sept ES data not updating

Sept ES data not updating
Changed tick chart over to Sept ES. Data loads right up to time of chart appearing but no more live data updating chart. Tried lots of things. Went to document folder and delete data in cache folder and db folder. Help please. This 80 year old newbie is at end of his rope trying to get the Sept ES updating. Thanks so muchTags: None

Please send an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com with your log and trace files attached as I need a little more information to properly answer your question.
Please include '2602642 ATTN Clayton G' in your message
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in the email
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
