cannot edit my OWN indicators anymore?????

I opened an account at ninjatrader brokerage with Free live license.
I cannot use Ninja Script Editor anymore. So I cannot edit my OWN scripts anymore!!!
I should upgrade to Lease or Lifetime license. That was never told to me.
So I cannot program new own indicators too???
I can also not use Agile.net from secureteam. SO can even not protect my own code.

Thank you for your post.

The free live license key does not give you the ability to edit NinjaScript. If you would like to edit NinjaScript while also trading live, you will need to either purchase or lease a live license key:

• https://ninjatrader.com/BuyPlatform

Alternatively, you can switch back to a free simulation-only license key to edit NinjaScript. However, you would lose the ability to trade live.

I just need Ninja Script for making a small correction to an indicator I developped myself.
So i can put a public key, make the changes, and go back to the key for free live license?
I don't need Ninja Scripts while trading live.

If I like NT8 and brokerage I will buy a live license key, but want to see first how it goes.

You can switch to a free simulation-only license key in order to edit your indicator and then you can switch back to the free live license key.
