    Sim101 No Market Data Available to drive the simulation engine

    Hello,

    I have a new sim/demo account and cannot get any market data. I've read every post I could find and tried all the solutions such as those listed below but nothing seems to resolve it. It looks to have have the latest correct prices but there is no market data. Dowloaded the latest version. 8.0.22.1 64-bit in the about tab. Trying instruments NQ 09-20 and ES 09-20

    (1. First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
    2. Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
    3. In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
    4. Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur)

    I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
