Download platform not working

The download platform is not working. When I provide my license key it the "processing" popup appear but it does finish. Is there currently an issue with the download page? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Testing on my end, the platform is able to download without issue. I suggest running the below, publicly available Fix It utility by Microsoft. This program is able to look into many Windows items that may be stopping the installation, first use it to Uninstall NinjaTrader.

Then, Once these steps are completed, download and install NinjaTrader from the link below using our simulation key.

It's not the installation that is a problem. I can't get to the download page. I tried from another computer where I just downloaded the platform a few days ago. Same problem. Can't get beyond license auth to get to the download page. See attached image.
