ES Data Lagging

Hi,
I noticed today that my ES chart data was lagging. This was the first time that has happened to me. I looked through some previous posts and have done the following..
1. Reinstalled Ninja trader (I am running the latest version)
2. Synced the clock on my computer
3. Restarted computer
4. Reloaded historical data in the chart.

I think I did find the reason for my issues when I looked at the Ninjascript utilization monitor. It seems like some of my third party indicators build up time the longer I am online. So I guess my question is what is an acceptable limit? One of my indicators was at over 7,000ms. The rest are 1000ish or below. Is there anything else I should do/check to make sure things are running smoothly?

It is certainly possible that some of your addons are slowing down chart rendering.
